Irina is a media manager with extensive experience in organizational and managerial activities, working with socially significant and non-commercial projects, projects in the field of culture and arts. Since 2003, she has worked on the team of the largest Russian animation project "Smeshariki". She is a member of the Public Council of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, a member of the expert council of the Cinema Fund and the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives, Agency for Creative Industries of the city of Moscow. The Animation Film Association is the only organization in Russia that unites animation studios, licensing agencies, production companies, and TV channels.
